Lead with flow, not force

Welcome to Empress Flow; a soft corner of the world for those who are holding the world up by their shoulders.

Life can be forceful, relentless and overwhelming. In 2025, the Mental Health UK Burnout Report found 91% of UK adults have experienced high or extreme levels of pressure in the last year, with one in five of us needing time off work to recover from stress-related ill health.

Here at Empress Flow we offer an antidote. Using a combination of compassionate Reiki energy healing and intentional Thinking Environment® techniques, we create an inviting space - free from the external noise of life - so you can pause, soften and find your flow.

Why combine these techniques?

Reiki and Thinking Environment® are potent and transforming techniques in their own right. However when combined, they create a game-changing space of energy release and flow.

By expressing our thoughts freely we can clear the mind and stuck emotions before relaxing into profound Reiki healing.

This practice is designed to calm your body, mind, heart and spirit. Leaving you grounded and tuned into your inner authority.

Each session is different because you are different on any given day. How we use techniques and how long for is guided by you and what you need.

You lead the way. It is your flow we’re supporting.

The Empress Flow practice is based in Tunbridge Wells in Kent, with the option of home and venue visits in London and the South East for corporate days, or ongoing personal development programmes.
