Hello. I’m Ria, the guide behind Empress Flow.
For 23 years I led teams at the BBC, in advertising and in fashion. I was brilliant at reading the room and giving everyone what they needed. Somewhere along the way, I stopped hearing myself.
I came back to myself by unplugging from the noise, through Reiki and being properly listened to. No one could do that work for me, but the right people walked beside me while I did.
That’s what I offer now. I don’t fix or interpret your experience. I hold the lantern while you find your own way.

Why Empress
The Empress is the third card of the tarot’s Major Arcana: the sovereign feminine.
She is creativity, abundance, nature and nurture. She rules from the inside out, rooted in her body, her senses and her own knowing.
She gives freely and receives fully. She is never depleted, because giving and receiving flow in one endless loop.
She doesn’t shrink to fit. She doesn’t ask permission. She remembers her power and trusts herself.
Every woman who comes to me carries her inside. Empress Flow is where she remembers, and comes back to herself.
